Shemade Refund Policy
At Shemade, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide top-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Below is our refund policy that ensures fairness for both our customers and our business.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
Refund Process
- *Days 1-7 from Delivery: You are eligible for a **75% refund* of the total amount paid.
- *Days 8-14 from Delivery: You are eligible for a **50% refund* of the total amount paid.
Refund Retention Details
- After *14 days*, no refund will be issued.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
Damage or Defective Products
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos as evidence. We will review the case and, if approved, you may be eligible for a full replacement or store credit. Any further delay than 48 hours will not be accepted on any terms.
How Refunds are Issued
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to *7 business days* after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

CANCELLATION
Shemade does not offer any cancellations after the product is dispatched from our shipping center.
cancellations can be processed if the customer mails the support and asks for cancellation after providing proof of payment and order information.
Incase of no acceptance of the product when delivered, thecustomer will be liable to pay an additional delivery fees for the reschedulement of the product. however team shemade will try that the customer gets the product on a different time slot at the same day.
